Councillor Jonathan Millard is an Independent representative for Ebbw Vale South, serving since 2017 and re-elected in February 2024 with 60% of the vote. Born and raised in Blaenau Gwent and Oxford-educated, he lives in Hilltop and champions both local heritage and progress.
